Elevista Connect Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Effective Date: February 28, 2026
This AUP is incorporated into the Elevista Connect Terms of Service.
1) General Rules
You may not use the Service to:
- Break the law.
- Violate third-party rights.
- Harm others.
- Interfere with security or performance of the Service.
2) Prohibited Content and Conduct
You may not submit, transmit, or store content that:
- Is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or invasive of privacy.
- Infringes IP rights.
- Contains malware or malicious code.
- Facilitates wrongdoing.
- Exploits or harms minors, including any sexual content involving minors.
- Contains non-consensual intimate imagery.
3) Communications Rules (Calls and SMS)
If you use calling or SMS features, you must:
- Obtain all required consents for contacting, recording, and transcription.
- Comply with TCPA, Do Not Call rules, telemarketing laws, and carrier policies.
- Provide and honor opt-outs (including STOP where applicable).
- Not spam, harass, or send unwanted solicitation.
4) Security and Abuse
You may not:
- Probe or test vulnerabilities.
- Bypass authentication or access controls.
- Attempt to access accounts or systems without authorization.
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data except through features we explicitly provide.
5) Platform Integrity and Fair Use
You may not:
- Overload the Service or attempt denial-of-service activity.
- Circumvent rate limits or quotas.
- Use the Service in a way that materially degrades the experience for others.
6) Sensitive Data Restrictions
Unless we explicitly permit it in writing, you may not submit:
- Government IDs or biometric identifiers.
- HIPAA PHI.
- Payment card data unless the Service explicitly supports it through compliant workflows.
7) Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations. If you violate this AUP, we may remove content, suspend or terminate access, and report to law enforcement where required.
